PC•MIP Mezzanine Technology
PC•MIP is a new mezzanine standard originated by Motorola Computer Group,
MEN Mikro Elektronik, SBS GreenSpring Modular I/O, and Schroff. Announced
already in September 1997, the standard is being developed under ANSI/VITA
Task Group VITA-29. The first PC•MIP products have officially been announced
at the Embedded Systems Conference West in San Jose on November 3 1998.
