Space Technology Innovation Workshop

Technology Innovation is being currently recognised as a key element for the assurance of the long-term competitiveness of the European Space Industry. ESA has identified this need and is currently planning a series of actions, including the establishing of an ESA Innovation Task Force (ITF) and a Space Innovation Workshop.
The objective of the workshop is to discuss with the national delegations, industries and research centres the various ongoing activities, with specific focus on the ESA Innovation Task Force recommendations, aimed at promoting technology innovation in the European Space environment. In addition, a number of invited speakers will describe their innovation strategies, the activity identification processes and the technical content of selected lines of specific technology innovation actions.
